These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Careers Portal operated by Megamind Advertising Pvt. Ltd. ("Megamind", "we", "us", "our"). By accessing, browsing, or submitting an application through the Careers Portal, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Careers Portal.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years of age to apply for employment or internship opportunities through the Careers Portal.
• By using the Portal, you represent and warrant that you possess the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable law.
• Applications from minors, proxies, or any third parties acting on behalf of applicants without express written authorization are strictly prohibited.

2. Permitted Use

The Careers Portal is to be used solely for the purpose of submitting applications for job or internship positions at Megamind.

• Misrepresenting your identity or submitting false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Portal, server, or database.
• Interfering with the operation, security, or functionality of the Portal.
• Using bots, scripts, scrapers, or automated tools to access or manipulate data.

Any misuse of the Portal may result in termination of access and potential legal action.

3. Application Process

• Submission of an application does not constitute an offer of employment or internship. It merely signifies your interest in being considered for a role.
• Megamind retains absolute discretion to shortlist, reject, or disregard applications without providing reasons.
• The recruitment process may involve multiple stages including, but not limited to: application screening, written assessments, technical or creative tests, video interviews, personal interviews, background verification, and reference checks.
• By applying, you consent to participate in these processes and to provide all requested supporting information.

4. Applicant Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and authenticity of the information and documents submitted.
• Submission of fraudulent, forged, altered, or misleading information may result in:
  • Immediate rejection of your application.
  • Termination of employment if already hired.
  • Reporting to relevant legal authorities.
• You must promptly update us if any of the submitted information changes during the recruitment process.

5. Confidentiality

• During the recruitment process, you may receive access to Megamind’s confidential information including business strategies, client details, intellectual property, or proprietary methodologies.
• You agree to maintain strict confidentiality and not disclose, copy, reproduce, or use such information for purposes other than the recruitment process.
• This confidentiality obligation shall survive the rejection or withdrawal of your application.

6. Intellectual Property

• All text, graphics, design, trademarks, logos, software, and content made available through the Careers Portal are the intellectual property of Megamind Advertising Pvt. Ltd.
• You are granted a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to access the Portal solely for submitting your application.
• Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or exploitation of the Portal content without prior written consent of Megamind is strictly prohibited.

7. Data Protection

• All personal data provided by applicants shall be collected, processed, stored, and used in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• By submitting an application, you consent to the processing of your data for recruitment and compliance purposes.
• You are responsible for ensuring that the information provided does not infringe on the privacy or intellectual property rights of third parties.

8. Third-Party Services

• The Careers Portal may integrate with or rely on third-party services such as hosting platforms, email servers, and background verification agencies.
• While Megamind ensures due diligence in selecting such providers, it does not assume responsibility for service interruptions, errors, or failures attributable to third parties.
• Use of third-party links provided on the Portal is at your own risk. Megamind is not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of such external sites.

9. No Guarantee of Employment

• Submitting an application or participating in assessments or interviews does not create any contractual or employment relationship with Megamind.
• Megamind reserves the right to withdraw, alter, or cancel job postings without notice.
• Megamind shall not be liable for any loss, cost, or damages you may suffer as a result of being rejected, not shortlisted, or not hired.

10. Limitation of Liability

• Your use or inability to use the Careers Portal.
• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.
• Errors, interruptions, delays, or failures of the Portal.
• Decisions made during the recruitment process.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Megamind, its directors, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the above.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Megamind Advertising Pvt. Ltd., its officers, directors, employees, and partners against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms.
• Submission of false, misleading, or unlawful information.
• Unauthorized use of the Careers Portal.
• Violation of third-party rights by you.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

• These Terms are governed by and shall be construed in accordance with the laws of India.
• Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts at Mangalore, Karnataka, India.

13. Modifications

• Megamind reserves the right to update, revise, or modify these Terms at any time.
• The updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon posting to the Careers Portal.
• Continued use of the Portal after modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Termination

• Megamind may, without notice, suspend or terminate your access to the Careers Portal for violation of these Terms.
• Applicants may discontinue use of the Portal at any time. However, previously submitted information will continue to be retained as outlined in the Privacy Policy.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Megamind with respect to use of the Careers Portal. They supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and agreements.
